No one could imagine Paris today without it. But Gustave Eiffel only constructed this elegant, 320m-tall signature spire as a temporary exhibit for the 1889 World's Fair. Luckily, the art nouveau tower's popularity assured its survival. Lifts ascend to the tower's three floors; change lifts on the 2nd floor for the final ascent to the top. Energetic visitors can climb as far as to the 2nd floor via the south pillar's 704 stairs (no pre-booking required).

Rest of the day at leisure.

In the afternoon, explore the city of Amboise by bike. The medieval ton has a link to the French Royal Family and is where Leonardo de Vinci spent his last few years. Explore the many cobblestone streets and check out the unique architectural features of the Chateau d’Amboise. Visit the Chateau d’Amboise and take a trip into History. Today you discover and visit 2 most prestigious castles in one great full-day tour (small group / approx. 9 hours): impressive Château de Chambord and stunning Château de Chenonceau. Extend the visit to the Beauval ZooParc all year round, walking in the heart of the abundant forest of the Equatorial Dome. It is a unique experience, opened in 2020, a gigantic dome, 38 m high (125 feet), enveloping an equatorial jungle and marvelous species.

After breakfast, drive back to central Paris. Drop off your car and installation in your hotel for your last day and night in Paris. Before you go back home, we propose you a last fun and indispensable experience: French Baguettes and Boulangerie class (small group / approx. 3 hours).

The humble Baguette is the iconic staple of daily life in France. With its heady aroma and signature slashes, why not burn les baguettes to your memory before going back home? Come and join us in a friendly cooking class and learn how to bring the 'boulangerie' to 'chez vous'!

Over three hours, the chefs will entrust you with their secrets as they guide you through the kneading, shaping and creation of your dough. You'll learn not only how to create the famous Baguette but also the infinite possibilities of the Fougasse - the French artisan bread that can be filled with an endless variety of delicious ingredients.

During the workshop, you will make from start to finish your own selection of French breads.

From the hand kneading to the scarification of bread, you will learn the terms, techniques and applications to create your very own breads. 

By the end of your class, not only will your head be brimming with basic baking knowledge, you'll also be able to take home your wonderfully authentic creations warm from the oven. “Bon appétit! “
